Grief is the price we pay for love.  So often when we lose someone it can feel like an all consuming painful void.  Often if we have been caring for that person there are mixed emotions that accompany the grief experienced.  Putting on a brave face is the usual coping mechanism.  This can an isolating and challenging experience without the right support.

These sessions are personalised for each client as grief is never a one size fits all approach. There is a safe space for you to share our grief and have that witnesses, memorialise your loss and find gentle ways to re-enter your own life in a pathway back to fulfilment.  This is a process of support, healing and peacefulness.  Meditation is included in these sessions.

These sessions are suitable for those who are experiencing all kinds of grief and loss (loss of a family member/loved one, break up of a marriage/long term relationship, pregnancy loss etc).  Most clients need 5-6 sessions, however there is no set time limit.
